Beautiful Bradenton Beach views

The location and view were great! That is the big sell on this spot. Beach is directly across the street and downtown area is a 10 minute walk. Having 2 balconies was also a great bonus. Nice pool area. Covered parking under the building. Beach towels and cooler provided. Great showers. Very minimal check out cleaning requirements.

Upon our arrival we noticed the master bathroom toilet was plugged. After no results plunging it, we called for maintenance. They didn't arrive until 2 days later and stated they need to call a plumber. Our 5 day stay ended with no one ever addressing the toilet. I will say that I requested a late check out on the day of check out and it was approved at no charge in lieu of no toilet. Note: nothing would have been offered had I not made the request. Other things to note: Kitchen was missing a toaster and baking sheet, no laundry soap, although it says there should be. Although it isn't required of course, usually there are items like salt and pepper, coffee filters, etc. Also some beach chairs would be a nice touch. The 2nd bedroom ceiling was still under going renovations. Bedrooms were very hot during the night. Cockroach found in the bathroom. There are a lot of stairs so if you have trouble with climbing stairs, this isn't a good choice for you. Providing a better check in/out guide with instructions on how to operate remotes, thermostat, door locks, local information, etc. would be helpful. All things considered, I would stay again.

Location! So close to beach and gulf. Enjoyed the dock for sunrise and the pool since a few beach days were impacted by red tide

This was a very disappointing condo.

Beach was nice

Decore, cleanliness of floors, porch furniture, construction, price was too high for the condition of the unit.

Very nice

Location, clean,hot tub

No broom, seating for 5 people in living room, but sleeps 6. minimal furniture. I checked on second floor location twice to make sure it wasn’t 2 floors up, but it was 2 floors high over the parking. I am 84 with a knee replacement. Not good for me.

Very enjoyable.

The location was great, between the gulf and bay and close to restaurants and shopping. Layout of the apartment was good. Vacasa had our happiness in mind and were good to deal with. I would be happy to deal with Vacasa again if the need arises.

Thought it was 2nd floor but with ground floor parking it was really 3rd floor. There was no elevator, so it was a little extra effort with luggage for old folks. We had a minor problem with appliances, but Vacasa was extremely helpful and fair taking care of it. They had our welfare in mind.

perfect location for low- key relaxing vacation

location was fantastic- access to Bridge street and the beach could not have been better. ( this time-information on the RedTide might have been helpful - we did no have any issues but have a friend who had to see a doctor for respiratory issues)

Some staples have been provided in other rentals - salt and pepper, sugar, napkins, and either ice trays or fix the ice maker.

Very good

The location was perfect. The pool was very pleasant...heated and clean. The kitchen was functional (nothing fancy or extra) but had what we needed to make a few meals. We enjoyed our time at Pelican Cove after that first night.

It would have been nice to have some working beach chairs and an umbrella available to use on the beach. The couch is not comfortable for relaxing. The neighbors that were there when we arrived were very loud and were smoking in their condo. They were blaring music off the back deck over the pool and hollering at people down in the pool. It made the first night very uncomfortable. Luckily they left the next day and it was very pleasant after that.

Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Location was excellent. Check in was great. Parking was great. Lots of towels!

The condo needs some repair. Ceiling water damage was an eye sorer. No coffee maker filters.

The pool was a good size and we were just across the street from the beach.

The main bedroom mattress was really hard on the back.
