This is a historic home with a lot of charm. The location was perfect for us, close to everything we needed. The property manager was kind and very responsive and even allowed us an early check-in. Unfortunately, the house is in disrepair. The roof in the large room leaks, there was water in front of the fireplace we needed to clean up. The kitchen, is extremely unorganized and not clean. There weren't even pot holders; we purchased a set and left them with the house. We washed everything before we used it and attempted to organize the things we used for cooking and eating... Also, the beds we chose are old and not comfortable; we could feel the springs through the mattresses. The games room is a lot of fun with the pool table and air hockey; we enjoyed that space very much. Overall the stay was nice, however I don't think I would stay at this property again.

Our family of twelve, ( adults and teenagers) recently had a 3 night stay at the Judge Brown house. The house is a mixture of architectural details from the turn of the century mixed with modern amenities. There was ample parking, and at times we occupied 5 spots! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. Highlights for us included- comfy beds, a table large enough for 12, the “game room” complete with pool table, and the outdoor space where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The Judge Brown house was the perfect place for our family to reconnect and enjoy each other’s company!

Valeria is a very responsive host and this big house makes a great gathering spot for our annual reunion. We enjoy the big kitchen, large tables, and numerous gathering rooms in this historic house. Plenty of space, the neighborhood is quiet, and we didnt even notice the tenant in the adjoining building. Thank you for another great stay!

Property was left in dirty conditions. My family and I had to spend an hour cleaning toilets, a freezer and fridge, a moldy shower and a grill that had grease just caked on it. Communication with Valeria the host was good except she denied the property being in the condition it was in even with photo evidence she attempted to accuse my family of being the cause of the filth. We had freezing water the first night to shower and maintenance informed us they have been warning Valeria of the issue for weeks because they keep having to reset the water heater ( which they did the second day of our stay) One room had a broken AC so was unusable. Overall we enjoyed the time we spent as a family together but this home is not what is represented in the description or photos. For the money your spending choose another house.

We has a lovely time at Judge Brown House. We had so much space that we did not even use 1/2 of the house. Beds were comfy and the master suite was AMAZING!!!! The kitchen is fully stocked and the house was very clean. Would definately stay here again! Thank you Valeria
