A nice hotel with large rooms. A pleasant stay.
The photos on the website looked amazing (both of the exterior and the lobby), but the reality is quite disappointing. The photos do not reflect the reality. The exterior on the photos give the impression that the location is in a green area, whereas it is on a sad residential road, and the lobby is quite disappointing… the lift (only one) looks like it’s for deliveries. Seems like it hasn’t been finished.
It’s a shame because the rooms are quite pleasant.

Super clean and comfortable room. Very comfortable bed, lots of space, light and airy and excellent bathroom.

We loved our stay at the Fairfield by Marriott in Jingdezhen. We can't speak Mandarin, but the staff were easy to engage with, and were very patient while we used our translation Apps. Honestly the staff was amazing and often went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. We are very grateful to them for their warm hospitality! The hotel is close to the high speed rail station (10 min) and about 10 - 30 min (by car – Didi's are very convenient and affordable) to some of the main sights in and around the city. We found this convenient because our entry and exit of the city was so easy and we enjoyed staying in a quieter neighbourhood (versus right downtown where it was busy). There was a large breakfast provided with lots of local food options, my favourite was the noodle bar. I would definitely stay here again.
