We loved our stay! The cottage was very clean and well equipped for what we needed. The kids would have loved an updated TV, but I was fine with it. The cottage is in a great location close to the pool, but sheltered in the back corner so it’s more private. We would definitely come back. Thank you Bob and Bonnie!

I enjoyed the place. Nice size for my husband and two little boys. I don’t recommend for little under 4. There isn’t a tub and the baby didn’t like showers. But, we had fun in the pool and the owners left a little shovel and bucket and my son had fun with the frisbee. Great place for a family with little older kids.

We had an amazing vacation. Our family relaxed, laughed, explored, and thoroughly enjoyed this cottage and the surrounding area! Bonnie & Bob were fantastic - very quick to respond, answer questions, and offer suggestions for places to go. They also provided a binder with lots of ideas, recipes, and pamphlets for area attractions. The cottage was so clean, comfortable, homey, private, but yet so close to everything! It's in a great location to the pool, hot tub, clubhouse, basketball court, fitness room, etc., but far enough away from all the action if you just wanted to sit outside your front door and relax. AND the front sun room let in so much light and brightness that it was a wonderful location for coffee and reading in the morning - even if it was a rainy day (only had one of those on our trip, but it didn't stop us). In addition to the great cottage, the community at Beach Dreams was amazing and welcoming. We hated to leave and can't wait to get back. Thank you, Bob & Bonnie!!!

Great little cabin short drive to Ogunquit beach. Clean and nicely decorated. Loved the sunroom for housing beach bags and shoes. Would have liked a few more kitchen items and more seating in the main living space. This might be achieved by mounting a flat screen on the wall. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to couples or small families.

I gave this cottage one star solely based on the community in which it is located, which is very nice and convenient. In no way is this a "High End" cottage. We found out at the last minute that we had to provide sheets and towels (this was not in the listing). Unfortunately, we also had to buy bed pillows, since those in the cottage were stained and falling apart. No blankets were there either and the bed coverings had seen much better days. Holes/dents in the bedroom walls! Some of the other problems were: *A/C did not work. Owner had it repaired, but it necessitated three e-mails, since all of the contact information provided was outdated. When they repaired the A/C, they knocked out the cable, necessitating another phone call. TV was small and outdated, with a lousy picture. *The furniture looked as though it was from a thrift store and was not comfortable. *The stovetop was disgusting and needed to be replaced. Pans would not sit straight on it. *The kitchen was ill-equipped with a jumble of scratched pots and pans and dishes. No lobster crackers in Maine!!!?? *Floors were gritty and there was only a broken vacuum cleaner in the closet and two dirty, old brooms. *My husband had to glue the leg on an end table to keep it from falling over. A towel bar fell off the bathroom wall! Bathroom sink did not drain properly. *A number of bulbs were missing or burned out. *Dishwasher and refrigerator were extremely loud and worn. Need to be replaced. Needless to say, I think we would have been more comfortable at Motel 6 than this overpriced rental.

The home was lovely, comfy beds and loved the walk-in shower. Well located and appreciated the security of the association. My only "issues" would be lack of storage in the kitchen, no space for groceries. (Was there for 2 weeks, so we ate in a lot.). Also only 1 accessable closet. The owners were great responding to questions and problems as were the folks from the association. The pool looked great, but we had bad or cold weather most of the 2 weeks. It would have been helpful to have had a TV channel listing too. All in all - nice place.

I spent a lovely, quiet week in this sweet little cottage. It had everything I needed and was very comfortable! The owners Bob and Bonnie were very responsive to my inquiries and the staff at Beach Dreams (the association in which the cottage is located) were also very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is very well appointed, the cottage has a nice bathroom, and I loved the convenience of having a dishwasher as well as washer and dryer. I thought the entire cottage was very tastefully and comfortably decorated. I also really loved that there were ceiling fans located in each of the bedrooms, it made for very comfortable sleeping! Beach Dreams is a very secure and quiet location, the pool and hot tub as well as clubhouse are a very short distance from the cottage, so it was very convenient. Beach Dreams is just off Post Road (Rt. 1) so it's a short drive to lots of restaurants and beaches in Wells itself as well as nearby Ogunquit and York. Once inside the condo association, though, you don't really hear the noise and bustle of Rt. 1, very peaceful! Hope to come back next year.

What a wonderful cottage. Bonnie, the owner was so thoughtful and helpful. The area is perfect and the cottage is perfect. It was very clean and we had such a wonderful time relaxing in the yard. I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a comfortable get-a-way! Soothing colors in the home. Great kitchen! Even a washer and dryer. We were on vacation, so we didn't cook or do laundry at all! It was a great vacation and the owners were awesome! We even arrived to a welcome basket which was so thoughtful. Thank you!
