Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast staff and very cooperative housekeepers. Thank you for looking after us so well.
I liked the hotel and it was very good value for money. 3 suggestions:
1. An iron

It is 3 blocks close to the beach. They give towels to go to the beach.
There are homeless people staying in front of the hotel during the night.

I stayed here 7 years ago and returned because of the positive experience. Based on this experience I would certainly return. A lovely hotel with exceptional staff. Shoutout to the porters!
The gym could open earlier than 9:00.

Good location, pleasant bed, good breakfast
The staff is not prepared. Every time one asks for something that is missing (for example, missing shampoo everyday), they get very upset. The receptionists try their best, I appreciate that. The swimming pool does not have towels.
