The breakfast selection was good.
Staff is very aggressive verbally. When I checked in I was told to go to my room and luggage will come. When I went to the room key wasn’t working. Door battery was dead. Went to tell the bellman and he told me aggressively to wait upstairs. Other bellman came, tested door and left angry came back with a screw. Then I called front desk to inform TV is not working. Bellman came after a while but couldn’t fix it. Then came back with different room key but didn’t explain nothing. After a while came to check if I moved. He wanted me to switch rooms which I finally did. Bellman service should be included. Water at the pool extremely cold

Location was excellent as so was the breakfast
The hotel need a serious renovation, windows don't close, doors are warped, sinks and showers drain super slow, baseboards and trims are falling off.
With some upkeep this could be a great hotel, sadly at the moment is not
$$$$
