Close to the beach and easy to get to other parts of the city. Very close to great restaurants and iconic music venues. The first thing that stands out is that it’s impeccably clean and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant staff are helpful and welcoming. I would gladly stay here for every visit to Rio.
The rooms are somewhat basic, but comfortable. Besides, no one should come to this part of Rio to spend all day in their room.

Como cliente frequente da rede Windsor há alguns anos, mantenho sempre uma excelente experiência. O atendimento é de altíssima qualidade, as instalações são ótimas, o café da manhã é excelente e a localização, maravilhosa. O grande destaque vai para a equipe: desde a segurança até os funcionários da cozinha, todos são extremamente atenciosos, simpáticos e educados.
Nada a dizer sobre. A experiência até o presente momento foi e tem sido positiva.

Location is great, there's plenty of shops and restaurants around, the beach is only two blocks away. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good as well.
The room was really small and the bed is quite uncomfortable, it was quite a basic room but surprisingly expensive. The WiFi is open for the whole hotel but in the room was impossible to connect to due to the lack of signal, we had to go to the lobby to use it.
I wouldn't write anything negative if the price was reasonable, but the hotel was more expensive than any other we visited in Brasil, even more than the ones we visit in Europe, and we got so far the most uncomfortable stay. It's the first time we stay in a Windsor but it's probably the last as well.
