Close by to everything! Great rooftop bar to chill at. Room service is available.
I struggled with their swipe doors!! Needs to be updated because sometimes it doesn’t read your card and has to go back to the reception 3 times to get it activated. Staff were ok. I stayed for a week and only one of the valet staff remembered me so the security kept checking if I had an access card lol.

Spacious room which was cleaned everyday. Close to
Copacabana beach which was great. Friendly staff and room has great air con.
TV options were very limited. Gym is very basic with some broken equipment. Check in / check out took a while.

It was good value for money. I very much enjoyed the breakfast the hotel offered and seemed to be a very safe place
The shower in my room was was not warm at all

Impossible to leave luggage 24h in between two excursions
Rooms still not cleaned by 3pm
Staff not helping with basic requests, poor service - even when manager involved
