Limpio y cómodo

La ubiación muy correcta (teniendo en cuenta que es una ciudad pequeña). Muy cómoda la habitación con vistas al jardín. Muy amable el personal que a través de mensajes podías contactar en cualquier momento. Llegamos antes de la hora del check in, y, pese a que indican que no guardan maletas, pudimos dejarlas.

Como única pega, pese a cerrar la mampara, el agua de la ducha mojaba el suelo.

Comfortable, clean and great communication with host.

Great location, clean and very comfortable accommodation. Nice to have an outdoor area too. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were really clean and modern. Kitchen had lots of utensils and equipment, and TV had lots of English speaking channels. Host was very responsive too.

Shower drain was a bit blocked and there was water pooling in the base of shower.

Bathroom - way to small, everything is squized there, no place to put anything, only possibility to hand lne towel, not giving privacy doors You could hear everything really loud what was happeing in hallway though the wall.

Clean room and good location to the city center.

Read and not replied on my whatsup request go airport transfer (late email sms was late end useless) Quest about how to come in inside. No soundproofing with room upstairs - you just live together 😃. No soundproofing at all. If somebody go to toilet during night, you wakes up and “go together”.😃

Great apartments! Light, clean, comfortable) A very cozy courtyard where you can sit outdoors, drink coffee or have lunch) Very comfortable access to the apartment when you are not tied to personal meetings) And at the same time, the owner is constantly wondering if we have a need for anything) Very convenient location five minutes from the center, there are many cafes with traditional pastries and delicious coffee nearby) I highly recommend it)✨

Comfortable bed and clean space. Noisy.

Too expensive for what it is.

The hot water in the shower doesn't work well, it starts going cold half way through. We heard everything going on upstairs and in the entrance, which woke me up every morning.

Very good

It was modern and on a quiet street out of the main tourist area. Pedro was a fantastic help when we first checked in, giving some hints and tips of places we might like to check out. We did, and they were great!

Exceptional

The casa jardim is located close to Metro Station Trindade from where you can reach every part of the city easily. The host was really friendly and helpful to organize a place where we can leave our luggage as we arrived early in the morning to Porto.

Good

The location was very convenient to the Metro, shopping, restaurants, as well as walking distance to a few landmarks. The apartment itself is comfortable, with all the amenities should you need a home away from home.

Unfortunately, given the apartment is on the ground level, we didn't feel comfortable opening the windows to draw in a bit of fresh air. We didn't get to meet the host, but we were given a digital key to use from our smartphones. This could be a problem if your phone dies or even is you don't have a smartphone.

Very comfortable, clean and well located room. Everything in the entrance was automated, easy to be dealt with. The host was also very attentious. I surely recommend the place!

Lucky to stay here

Very recently renovated from an old stone house. Big space for moving around in the room, but bathroom is tiny, cute too. I like the garden, even though the wet weather. The owner has a good taste of decorating the whole building. The pictures of this accommodation on booking.com are real. The good coffee machine brought us a bright start everyday (only €0.5 a coffee pod.) We also got a small surprise on the dining table, treat of 2 oranges. The lady owner was very kind to let us check out in the afternoon, then we could come back to collect our luggage later. As Porto is a city with many hills, it wouldn't be easy to do sightseeing with luggage on hand.

At the third night of our stay, the wind was too strong to create so loud whistles, but we were told it's normal in Porto when the weather is that kind of bad. It was a pity we didn't arrange well how to check in.
