Hotel location was excellent to and from Trindade metro stop which was easily accessed from the Airport. Staff reception team were very nice.
Breakfast choice looked limited so we didn't go for that option. No water in the bed room to make a cup of tea. Even the very basis hotels usually provide a few small bottles of water. 2 tea bags only provided.

The location was amazing, easy to find and central location. Cleaning is available everyday. It felt safe, because there was 24/7 reception, and the elevator could only be used with your key card. The pillows were hard, but the bed was comfortable!
The room facilities are outdated, one lamp couldnt be turned off unless you unplugged it. Lightning of the room and bathroom was weak in general. Curtains were not black out curtains. Bathroom door was a slide door, no fan in the bathroom present, meaning you had to air the bathroom. Sometimes sewer smell would come from the bathroom. Just a heads up, if you don't come in the summer, the temperature regulation of your room is locked. The lowest it could get was 20 degrees, just to keep in mind.
The toilet paper was one layer, cheap, and the towels smelled... neutral at best, it was just odd, clearly no softner had veen used. It is a safe place to stay, there is reception, the location is amazing, but they are cutting a lot of corners.
