The location is fantastic if you want to be in the town centre. The receptionist was very friendly. Free parking was great because Byron’s parking is expensive.
Upon booking, we didn’t realise that the property was undergoing major renovations so there was no pool, no laundry, etc. This was mentioned in the confirmation email however it is a non-refundable booking. We were told that there would be no noise until 8am but the builders started at 6:45am. What was most frustrating about this was that on booking.com it actually said the renovations would be stopped on the 31st of August. It did feel like the accommodation knew they could get away with misleading guests.

The location was great, very central. The staff were very freindly and the room was well equipped
It was very good, but on booking.com site we weren't informed that renovations were going on so the pool and bbq were unavailable and it was noisy in the daytime. This was no reflection on the staff, they were very pleasent.

Very centrally located and with undercover parking. Apartment was tidy (but somewhat small living/dining area). Friendly front desk staff.
It was essentially a construction site all over the ground floor, not advertised at time of prepaid booking: Construction workers were on site and noise started from shortly after 6:30am. Concrete mixer truck blocked driveway for multiple hours on one of the days. Guest laundry was not accessible. Fences impeded access from car park to apartment and there was flooding in the basement from the constriction.
Very little privacy without having blinds drawn due to open communal courtyard next to dining room.
Spa bath was an average sized bathtub.
