Staff were friendly and approachable, willing to help at any time. Apartment was clean, it was huge! Pleasantly surprised.
A few minor things made it go from 10/10 to 8/10. First, there was construction happening next door which I don’t recall being informed about, along with the loud night club over the weekend - there was no soundproofing on the windows to help block the noise. Second, the bed I had was super uncomfortable, felt like it needed a decent mattress topper. Lastly, it was tricky to get into the place at check in and check out as there’s no drive up entrance way, you have to find street parking first which is difficult when you have kids in tow and at the location it’s difficult at the best of times. However most of these things are out of control of the hotel, and they really are only minor, so didn’t deter greatly from our experience as a whole.
