We loved the harbour front location with its foreshore promenade, providing a pleasant 30 min walk to TST. Thespace provided by our two bedroom suite and the harvour views from each room was very much appreciated. Beds were very comfortable despite firmness.
The free wifi was extremely slow and laggy. Also, while it wasn't really a problem for us but, despite the suite having a full kitchen, only tea and coffee facilities were provided (teabags, coffee sachets, 3 mugs and 3 teaspoons). A cloth to clean the mugs and/or spilled tea would have been useful.

In SUPERB location. The front desk gentlemen are super nice and helpful. You can walk to Tsim Sha Tsui in twenty minutes. There is a self-service laundry room (HKD 60 for the washer) within the hotel. The harbourfront boardwalk is very pleasant to stroll and people-watch at dusk. You can also walk to Aeon (supermarket and department store), a bunch of restaurants and eateries, and an HSBC ATM near the Whampoa MTR. The hotel is nowhere near as inconvenient as our driver had warned us; it is totally walkable everywhere.

It is notoriously difficult to find even half-decent accommodation in Hong Kong, so this hotel is a solid pick. Great location, yet quiet. Spacious rooms, clean, helpful staff.
A bit outdated.
