All staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is great, and easy walking distance into town (they also have a courtesy van that runs on a schedule into town).
My bed was too hard for me, however, staff were immediately helpful in assisting with additional mattress toppers (phew, my hips needed them). Also, a mindful note for people taller than 5’10”, the ceilings are low.

The property was close to the harbour and all travel stations were quite close and there was a hotel shuttle bus to ferry to town.
The room was clean and comfortable and done up every day.
The hotel didn’t provide drinking water or any toiletries.
