San Carlos 1408 is an adorable two-bedroom, two-bath condominium offering an incredible Gulf-front view from the 14th floor.
• Enjoy direct balcony access from both the living room and the primary bedroom.
• New wood-look tile flooring is featured in the bedrooms and living room, with ceramic tile throughout the remainder of the unit.
• The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dining table seats four, with two barstools providing additional seating.
• The living area has a sofa sleeper.
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, and the attached bathroom has been updated with a tiled walk-in shower and a soaking tub.
• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
• A folding crib is provided for your convenience.
• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.
• Skip the long lines - this unit provides keyless entry for seamless check-in and check-out.
• A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. Parking passes must be purchased at the front desk on the 3rd floor for $50 each, plus tax.
• Per the San Carlos HOA: The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and remain onsite for the entire duration of the stay. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, as mandated by the San Carlos Board of Directors.
This property is designated as a ‘No Smoking’ property, including all unit balconies. A designated smoking area is available near the BBQ area.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at San Carlos 1408! My husband and I took the master room. Our daughters shared the second bedroom and our son had the pullout sofa. Everything was clean and well decorated. This is the first vacation rental where we have stayed that actually had enough living room furniture for all of us to sit comfortably. Balcony view of the ocean was beautiful! This was our second time at this resort and they really do a nice job keeping everything clean. The pool is lovely and spacious as well!

Beautiful property with amazing views and sounds of the ocean. Property was very clean and the elevators were fast. Would definitely return for another vacation here.

The condo was beautiful- well appointed with everything we could need. It was very clean as well. We loved the location and the easy access to the beach The pool was also very nice. The property itself was convenient and well kept. Will definitely rent again.
