Convenient location. Close to train and a good mall for all the shopping needs. Meals at the hotel were well above what most hotels provide.
Only a small number of car parks on site but do provide paid tickets for parking lots close by

Location, impressive foyer, good parking. Efficient reception staff. Breakfast was very good.
Terrible service at dinner in the Chinese restaurant, cracked and unhygienic handbasin in our bathroom.

日立駅から近くて、お値段もお得でした。
高齢の母と2度目の利用でしたが、浴槽内に滑り止めがなくて、前回同様今回も湯船から立ち上がれなくて大変でした。
お湯を全部抜いて、何とか脱出できたとの事。お年寄りに優しい施設であって欲しい。

正直なところ、当初はそれほど期待しておりませんでしたが、朝食が予想以上に美味しく、とても満足いたしました。
また、大好きなSAZA COFFEEが提供されていたことも大変嬉しく、より良い朝食時間を過ごすことができました。
隣接している駐車場が満車だったため、ホテルから少し離れた駐車場を利用することになりました。
