Best stay with family.

Excellent hospitality from the entire staff. Mr.Rohit Raj, the manager is very humble as well as given the best facilities whenever needed. Cleanliness is the key word for the property. Happy to share the feedback. One must visit. Best stay in Katra

A comfortable stay with pleasant view of Vaishno Devi bhawan

The location and cleanliness of the hotel. The view of Trikuta parvat from hotel’s balcony was superb.. we could even see a very distant snow covered pick of Himalaya mountain from the balcony..

The exhaust fan of bathroom should’ve been little stronger.

Very nice hotel

Welcoming, informative and supportive. No one seem to demand tips for their service. The free cab was well on time. We recommend this to anyone we come across. View of the Shrine from the room balcony

Nothing to highlight, staff @ front desk was cooperative.

1. The numbers provided to contact hotel dosent work [ booking.com] even on website the numbers listed are not working or not picked up. 2. Towels were not clean and room furniture is old and smelly. 3. Not good value for money.

Very Good Hotel to Stay at Katra!

Always recommend for those looking for Secure and Comfy Hotel. Everything is good and reception, Manager & staffs very friendly, helpful and there can communicated to you via English language too. Huge Size Clean Room, Clean Bathroom and most important their provide good unstoppable Hot water for shower. That's really good as during my stay, that time Katra in Winter season. In room dining food is good, fresh & hot. Their Food menu is good. You always can orders delicious foods from your room. Their provide Hotel vehicle for Katra Railways stations Drop and Pick up (with Minimum Charges) or you can check with them to for drop at Jammu Airport as well. Hotel have own vehicle for this arrangements. Hassle Free. You may need to check with Hotel side for this additional support for Phone Sim card.

Only things is payment mode is bothering part for myside, as this hotel only accept e-Wallet and India local bank cards transaction, Nor Cash acceptable here. Definitely won't give any problem for Indian Citizen. But for Overseas Card holders not useable here or either Cash Term. You require to request some one local friend to pay you via Paytm which really make hassle for International Travelers. Anyhow i have request Hotel Management to re-consider to accept Cash Payment term as this will make more easy and Hassle free for International travelers or enable the Hotel International Credit cards as well. Do please check this hotel again if their can accept cash or International cards before you book this hotel for safe side (For international Travelers Only). For Local Indian Traveler shall be no problem for this. and Once you reached Jammu, all your local or Roaming Phone lines shall not working here. You may need to get new Phone Sim at Katra itself. For International travelers if you go alone, you cannot buy this sim card as passport evidence not usable here. Phone Shop require Aadhaar Card for this.

It wasn’t as expected after paying so much

it was not at al clean , the blankets were dirty the washroom was not clean the door lock was not proper

It's a decent hotel with a great location. Staff was good. But I would rate it as average here as I felt that it was not really a great value for money. There were lot of cheaper options available but I went with this with some expectation and it was not that great.

It was not value for money. Room size was small, breakfast was not very good.
