The location is excellent for the yatra. The room is spacious and the staff very welcoming and caring.
The power cuts and the wash basin where the tap is not well draining situated. Water rebounds on the user.

Its location is central, close to station and other places related to vaishno darbar yatra starting point. Breakfast was really good with lot of options. And staff personnel were really helpful and polite and professional :)

The customer service was excellent, the staff was very supportive. The food buffet was great value for money.
The bedsheets had stains and hair. We got them changed but the bedsheets continued to show stains, this was a big showdown, very unhygienic. We had to put towels and sleep over them. This we did not like at all as this doesn’t suit good hotel. standards.
