Rooms are clean and comfortable. I love the thought to detail, with tea/coffee and welcome snacks. This is the 3rd time we stay here to break up the Durban to Joburg drive. It’s just off the high way so perfect rest stop. My mom is in a wheelchair and she could easily access the room and enough space to manoeuvre. Staff are pleasant and we discovered Mugg and Bean deliver to the room!
Handicap rails are needed by the toilets in the Handicap bathrooms.
Dear Marriott, Please make your beds with the opening of the duvets placed at the foot of the bed.

Despite detailed previous reviews on the wheel chair room, they ignored all that. Among other things I complained about the width of the bathroom door. They reduced the bathroom door, made it even smaller by the folding door. There is now a threshold barrier, it is twice as hard to move in and out of the bathroom.
