The spacious and open living area offers a stylish and cozy sleeper sofa with an upgraded queen memory foam mattress. Adjacent from the couch you will find an over-sized reading chair and an extensive flat screen TV on a swivel mount. complementary cable and WiFi added for your enjoyment!
One flight up is the loft style master bedroom, overlooking the downstairs The bedroom, located on the second floor, indulges with a king sized bed, dark hardwood floors, walk in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has white tile from floor to ceiling and a massive glass shower.
But the best part? Retreat to the 3rd floor’s totally private rooftop deck. It's a great space to dine, celebrate, and no better way to end the night than will a toast under the Music City stars.
Note: We provide a STARTER supply of soaps, shampoo/conditioner, paper products, and the unit has everything you will need for a comfy stay like fresh towels, liens, luxury bedding, full size hair-dryer, iron/ironing board, fully equipped kitchen.

We are a non-smoking vacation rental and do not allow pets. Despite our central location, this condo is very quiet. Because of that, it is NOT suitable for parties or events, as they will disrupt the neighbors. Violations of listed policies can result in a forced early check-out.

- Must be at least 24 years old to book
-No food or drinks in bed - stains will result in fines

It was nice and quiet. A quick uber ride from downtown. The condo is a lot of stairs. No first floor bathroom. No tv in the bedroom. It is a unique set up. We enjoyed our stay, but it was a lot of stairs. Not the most convenient set up if you happen to injure your knee the week before you go on vacation. Very pretty and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Great place if you don’t mind stairs.

The location was convenient for everything that we wanted to do. The lot next door was frequented by late night pedestrian traffic, which we only noticed when we were on the rooftop patio.

It was OK. I wasn’t there to party and wanted to enjoy the space so details really mattered. Apparently there was some work that needed to be done prior to my arrival and there was evidence that the handyman had entered the apt, debris at the entranced, used towel, used rubbish bin etc. I wanted to wipe down the countertops, but no basic cleaning supplies provided. Rooftop wasn’t very inviting-furniture has seen better days. Kitchen mit and potholders were pretty filthy. Apparently the house next door out the back window is abandoned and has crime scene tape-not so comforting. On a positive note, the bed was very comfy. Molli was very communicative, quick to respond and super pleasant. I appreciated the apology for things not being just so, but there was no compensation or discount offered considering the almost 600 paid. For my previous stop I paid about the same amount and it was absolute, luxury and worth every penny. This place was close and convenient to everything in downtown Nashville, but felt like attention to details on several fronts was missed.
