There are many excellent things: The view is gorgeous; the pictures and descriptions are accurate. You are right in the midst of the mountains, and weather changes were beautiful to watch. Host communication was outstanding before and during our stay. We had a gate code question that was answered immediately by the caretaker who was available by phone. Lots of supplies and cooking equipment are provided; I've not been in a more well-stocked accommodation. There are notes around explaining how things work, which is very helpful. Special things to be aware of: Getting there involves driving a number of miles on a narrow mountain road with hairpin turns that can be quite dark at night. (Bonus, though -- you pass a waterfall along the way. :) ) The cabin layout is cool and fun, which also means if you have mobility limitations some things could be a challenge. Highly recommended as a very peaceful place to stay.

This house was perfect for our mountain vacation. The views were beautiful from the house which we enjoyed all day long. We loved that there were so many hikes in the neighborhood. We had our two year old grandson with us and we were able to go on different hikes every day. We all loved our stay!
