The front desk staff were very pleasant and cheerful even tho was 9:30pm and truly acted like they like their jobs. Room was booked as handicap and was truly handicap with wonderful shower that had liner in curtain preventing water from flowing all over room much unlike other facilities. The ice machine was working. The breakfast was very tasty with truly crisp bacon, eggs hot, and coffee hot freshly ground!! Staff was out and about and did not need to be searched for . Desk light in room functioned perfectly as nite liht.
Valet help with loading/unloading luggage. My husb is handicap and uses mobility scooter. I am 78y/o and lifting it alone is difficult. Also the luggage loading/unloading area at front entrance is on a slope and the luggage cart kept rolling downhill and again at my ae it is difficult to stop/catch. Entrance portico perhaps needs some reengineering design to level the area and make it safer.

Easy access to 75. Last minute reservation was granted after I mistakenly booked wrong date
No WiFi after 1 hr of being there. Received handicap bathroom with handheld spray instead of regular shower which I did not request
