We were staying for one night on our way through to another area. The front desk person was friendly and helpful, even when we realized I made an error in my booking.
The room was very clean.
Other staff
also helped fix the situation with my wrong night booking later, and they were friendly as well.

The breakfast was good and it was very close to manatee springs.

Location
The bed had a hole in it. The shower head only had a jet setting. It needs a fresh coat of paint, dirty walls and baseboards.
