A pretty nice place

The traffic from I75 was the only noise that I had to get around. Other than that it was very piece full

Baymount on 1-75 is the worst place

Nothing the manager is a terrible person always just out for money

The towels dirty didn't have tissue at times charge to pick up dirty towels had to take the garbage to end of the hall everyday power let going out

Bates Motel Revisited

I loved leaving.

Girl at reception was rude and surly. Room was gross. There was no soap in room nor wash clothes. The security bar on the door was off(we put our suitcases in front of the door just in case). It was a “handicap room” that was designed for those who are height impaired. While the room had the bars and adjustable shower they were all at the wrong height. There was an ironing board that was rusted without a cover. And the worst was that the mattress cover was taken off the bed and shoved behind the bed and had blood on it. As we could not find anywhere else to stay, we stuck it out for two nights. On our 2nd day, our room was not serviced and the lock was changed. When we went back to the desk to find out what happened, we were told “this happens all the time”. She gave me a new key, but never checked my I.D. I should have known that it was going to be bad when we got to the room to find the room number written on the wall in magic marker. I did call to share with manager what had transpired and have never gotten a return call. For a kizzilion reasons they would be shut down for violations of ADA

Facility was easy access but secure where it counted staff was helpful and quick.would use again

Didn't use breakfast facilities.i worked late and was asleep throughout breakfast

Aside from one instance where my key didn't work I had no complaints no issues with rooms neighbors or other. I booked and paid for 3 days but only stayed for two due to business having been concluded at job sites earlier than expected I checked out on Sunday afternoon rather than Monday morning

This facility made my list. I would stay there again.

the room was clean, beds clean/comfortable. Breakfast was actually above average, not bad! Morning staff was very friendly

the night reception wasn't very professional. one bed in the room had an animal smell (like dog)

You had to eat in the dinning area and the doors where super heavy and dangerous while closing it slams very hard

Wouldn't stay there again.

The bed was firm, a/c was quiet.

The renovation was of poor quality. First night tv, phone, and clock didn't work. It was repaired the next day. The breakfast was of poor quality, food was served cold. Had to warm eggs in the microwave. No juice to drink.

cleanliness of the room. Bed was comfortable and clean. close by lot of shopping areas and sit in a very quite place

There was nothing that I liked.

I would not stay here again. If I had been staying more than one night I would have forfeited and found another location.

Cleaner bathrooms

There was a microwave & refrigerator in there being that I'm diabetic & they served breakfast wasn't a feast nut it was good

I just can't do it anymore

Location was a plus

My room was filthy the floors hadn't been cleaned.. Walls dirty, tables and dressers covered in dust since who knows when... AC blows some funky air and didn't get cool till nighttime... Housekeeper guy acted as tho someone was going to steal towels... I travel with my own... They should honestly shut down until renovation is over or at least let potentials know they are renovating so they can choose to book somewhere else...

don’t recommend. beware

close to the hospital where I was visiting .

shower curtain rod about to fall out of the wall. barely hanging on, almost hit my head on it trying to pull the curtain closed. lots of noise from the floor above and people outside . one person tried wiggling my door handle. very scary . noise from traffic on the highway. sitting chair was filthy , nasty stains. crumbs and residue on lamps at turn on/off switch. stained pillow cases.

Staff was nice

My room was dirty. Dirty towels from previous guest. Hair over the sink and tub. Candy wrappers on the night stand. Building is held together with scaffolding. This was horrible

the lobby staff where very nice

it’s was messy, in the bathroom the tub was clogged I couldn’t even shower, it’s also scary cause it look like they building in the back had woods to hold it maybe they where fixing it or painting it
