Close to our family and I had a free breakfast.
It looked rough. The doors to secure the third floor was broken. The door to the pool was broken. The floor in our room was sticky, the top sheet had a stain on it no tissues the phone did not work an outlet didn’t work no directions to the TV. The bad moved, when you rolled over or prompt yourself up to sit up in the bed, no room between bed and air conditioner. We weren’t told that there was no housekeeping, unless you requested them. The trash by the pool area smelled. I believe that people live there. The pool was not kept clean in need of some repairs.
I was very disappointed. I have stayed in others Bay Matt hotels that were very nice and clean.
