About this bed and breakfast
If you’re looking for a peaceful setting on the river that’s close to nearby springs, then this is the place for you. Private boat dock, deck and fenced yard makes this a perfect weekend getaway. This is truly our slice of paradise and we hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do. This is a place to come for peace and quiet. Parties will not be tolerated. Please read ALL the rules. So there are no surprises here are the fees we charge: $80 cleaning fee, $250 per person per day for non-approved guests, $50 per pre-approved pet, $500 for unapproved pets We welcome guests with boats (depending on length) or jet skis however there will be a $50 per day trailer fee over one trailer. We do have cameras on the outside only, There are 3 cameras on the top floor monitoring the dock, water level and front door. Downstairs: There is one monitoring the front yard, one for the front door entrance/main house stairs , one monitoring downstairs storage/water closet, one monitoring the back yard and back door entrance.

Beautiful views of the river. The place where the main bed is at is too small to get around both sides of the bed. Why not put the double bed where you have the daybed. There is more room in that area. Other than that, the place was fantastic. Plenty of pots and pans to cook with. Plenty of outdoor areas. Exactly what we were looking for.
