About this house rental

Nestled in Coeur dAlene, this lovely house for $161 per night is a great option for your next break. Enjoy downtown and Lake Coeur d'Alene summer 2024! We currently rent to one family for the entire summer, mid-June through the end of August. Minimum stay is 60 days. Summer 2024 dates are 6/14-8/23. Our home is 2 blocks from Sherman Avenue and in the heart of it all. Cook in the gourmet kitchen or walk to a number of restaurants blocks away. Enjoy reading a book in the sitting room or games and a movie in the family room. All four bedrooms, 3 full baths and laundry are conveniently located on the second level. The master suite has a king size Tempur-pedic bed and tile shower and soaking tub. The jr. suite has two full size beds and attached bathroom with a shower. The remaining two bedrooms share the guest bath with a combined shower/tub. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has a twin bed. Our home has private fenced backyard and two car attached garage with a Tesla charger.

Our stay in Coeur D'Alene couldn't have been in a better location with all the amenities you have at home. Owners were extremely pleasant and provided a very welcoming environment. The location placed us about a minute walk to downtown on Sherman street and about 5-10 min walk to everything else. Tubbs Hill, City Beach, McCuen Park, Sherman Park, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. Extremely pleased with the hospitality. Large bedrooms and tons of space. At one point we had family staying with us and 8 people in the house, you wouldn't have known. Neighbors are extremely cordial and inviting. If you want to be in the mix, this is the place to be!

My family and I had an amazing week at this beautiful house. Great location close to dontown with friendly and accommodating home owners who provided very useful suggestions on local restaurants and events. The house was clean and a littel more up to date than the photos show. We will definitely come back again!

We really enjoyed the location close to walk downtown. The garage was great to park & store golf clubs. It would be better with another queen bed rather than a double in the one room. The living areas of the home were fabulous.

Our 1st time to Idaho for a family wedding and found this gem! There were 9 of us in this home and we had plenty of room. All the rooms were spacious and plenty of sitting areas for all of us and company. Just a few blocks from downtown which was fabulous. I will rent this home again on out next visit to Idaho. Thanks Crystal for all your hospitality and making this a wonderful trip.

The house was great with lots of room and in a great location, in easy walking distance to downtown and the water. Everything was as expected based on the description and Crystal made the process super easy. I would definitely stay here again!

The whole experience was spectacular. The place was beautiful, centrally located in down town, spotless, and just a lot of fun. The manager was very accommodating and wonderful to work with. I would recommend this property to any and everyone.

My family (three children ages 5,3, & 1, husband and mother) all stayed in this beautiful home for the entire month of July 2014. The living areas were comfortably furnished, clean and spacious. The location is perfect. We walked EVERYWHERE! Going to the parks, lake, and downtown multiple times a day. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. My family found a home away from home both in CDA and in this lovely home. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you!!

Look no further when firming up your Ironman accommodations. This place was absolutely perfect to support your athlete! From the lovely front porch you can see the bike/run course and you are just a few blocks from Ironman village, transition, and the finish line.....everything is totally walkable--including super cute downtown, beach, restaurants and shops. If you have kids this place is a must!! Traveled with our 2 and 3 year old and they had a blast with all the toys in the perfectly safe fenced in back yard and awesome play kitchen and toys inside (which if you don't, I know they can be put away). Crystal was awesome--checked in to see how everything was and was amazing in getting us all the kiddo stuff we needed. Master bed and bath was a retreat! Huge soaker tub, amazing shower and super comfy tempur-pedic king sized bed. You will not regret renting this house!!

Elegant master bed and bath, quality linens, beds, and kitchen stuff. Well organized and very 'liveable' with plenty of space. Great for kids and teens, yet easy for parents as well. Location is excellent, walk to stores, downtown, beaches, Tubbs Hill. Farmers market is a stones throw away. Yet, parking is easy in garage. Great living spaces inside and out, with 2 downstairs rooms (TV and living) plus outside patio, grassy yard and front porch. I spent quite a few hours on front porch reading under the big oak tree. Had everything I needed from pots and pans to beach towels, irons, umbrellas, etc. house made it easy to have a very relaxing time. We will definitely rent this house again. Owners were accessible and quick to answer any questions... We loved it. Highly recommend!

Our family stayed here for the Ironman and had the best time! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, including the kids, and perfect location for both the participant (short walk to start / finish) and literally steps from the route for spectators. With 2 small kids in tow for the race, being able to come back for naps and snacks was key! Aside from an excellent location (not only for the race but also walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, the lake, parks, etc.) the home itself is beautiful. The master bedroom has a wonderful walk in steam shower with rain shower head and lovely tub and fireplace. Great kitchen for cooking with everything you need to feel at home. The entire home is very tastefully decorated, and the big screen TV in the living room is great for movies (we may be getting one soon, the picture was so great). Perfect for families, there were kids toys, high chair, crib and the sweetest owner who gave us a rundown of all the great things to do, especially for kids. Was our first trip to coeur d'alene, but we will definitely stay in this home again next time we are there. Trying to convince my sister in law to do this Ironman again because of the great accommodations!
