Very clean, large

Good location, near the lake. Cute town with nice breweries.

no breakfast but the Mexican restaurant across the street was great!

Size of the room was nice. It is an older hotel, but well maintained and clean.

The room could have used more and better lighting. Even with all the lights on it was on the darker side.

What breakfast? My 3rd stay. I've always enjoyed the rooms I've been in before. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was nice and easy to operate. Everything was updated and very clean.

This time I stayed in Room 4. Unlike my previous stays, I really didn't like the room. The very light-bluish wall paint felt really cold and it was made a lot worse by the blue-white bulbs in the wall sconces. It was NOT the warm cozy room like I've enjoyed on previous stays. Personal preference, I guess. The worst thing was the installation of the shower head. The bathroom was beautiful, but a little crowded and the Shower head was positioned to spray water into the back corner of the shower stall over 6' high. The shower head is mounted so high ( 7+feet up) that I couldn't even reach it to redirect it where it needed to be. Lastly, there was a pretty loud party (music/voices) out back behind my room until well after midnight on a Wednesday night. (the partiers may not have had any connection to the motel)
