I liked the location as it was walking distance to most of the shopping malls. Also the staff was helpful and room service was on point. The bed was comfortable and view was not bad too.
Would be better if the cleanliness improved a little more. Bath tub was not cleaned well and we did not use it. Also the the room walls are not in good shape. Had a dirt marks on our bed sheets but got it changed with one call.

Spacious room and easy check-in.
It is not Muslim-friendly. It is difficult to perform *wudu* (ablution) and cleanse oneself after using the toilet. The hotel staff were also inflexible regarding the *Dhuhr* prayer time, requiring check-out before *Dhuhr* arrived. Compared to the Loft Bangkok Hotel, this Ramada hotel falls short in terms of being Muslim-friendly. For Muslims, I would suggest the Loft Bangkok Hotel as a better choice; the two hotels are right next to each other.
