The architecture of the building is beautiful. They use different styles in different sections, which makes it interesting. The place has so many wonderful nooks and crannies that you can hang out in, very thoughtful. Not only are there the rooms but the atriums, the workout area, the pool area, really nice restaurants, and in addition there's a spa. It seems like they thought of everything. They must have quite the artistic staff at headquarters to have thought of all the artwork and architecture and other beautiful things.
The staff was very kind and thoughtful and attentive.
We had a small problem with ants in one part of our room, but they took care of it very well.

The room was clean and spacious but the balcony doesn't have chairs or anything to sit on. I had a garden view that was beautiful with so many different song birds and plants. The pool was amazing. No hot tub but there is a section of the pool with jets set up to sit and relax. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had an amazing espresso machine. The service was impeccable. I wish i didnt have to leave

Excellent breakfast and facilities. Very convenient room when staying with two kids. They loved the bunk bed. The hotel lobby and bar was quiet in the evening. Convenient location close to BTS and many Bangkok highlights.
