Great location for 5 hotel and good value for money. Nothing extraordinary though. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly going beyond providing normal service ensuring taking extra good care of their guests.
The hotel and its facilities are a bit outdated however it served the purpose.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
Before my arrival, I informed the hotel that my flight would arrive early in the morning and requested an early check-in. Despite the fact that rooms were clearly available, the reception staff were unhelpful and kept delaying the process instead of assisting us.
I booked a family suite consisting of two bedrooms and a living room for four adults. However, I was unexpectedly charged an additional daily fee for my 8-year-old child, which I found unreasonable and was not clearly communicated during the booking process.
Another issue was the toilet seat cover, which was already worn out and in poor condition. When it broke, I was charged an amount that was approximately ten times the actual replacement value, which felt excessive and unfair.
Most disappointing of all, although I am a Level 3 member on Booking.com and many rooms appeared to be vacant, the hotel refused any flexibility and required us to check out strictly at 12:00 PM.
Overall, the lack of customer care, poor handling of guests, and unreasonable extra charges made this stay far below expectations. I would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it to others.
