I liked the location and all the facilities that were offered. I also liked the coffee connected to the hotel it was really good , Rin the duty manger was also so kind and welcoming.
I didn’t like that we didn’t get a late check out.

It was surprisingly spacious compared to different stays I stayed in before, the manager was hands in and always checking about our stay when we meet in the lobby, the small cosy coffee shop down is really nice with great coffee and friendly staff, each room had a toilet which was comfortable for 6 person family stay, cleaning staff are fast and committed, kitchen is big with enough kitchenware, overall it was a nice stay for a family with kids
Adjusting the water temperature in the shower was challenging 😅

The location and the attention of the staff was exceptional in this property. Spacious rooms to a very high standard. A lot of little accommodations made by staff that made a big difference to our stay may have been charged in other properties. Such as minding our luggage after check in or providing detergent to clean clothes etc.
The pool was quite enclosed. I would have preferred a rooftop pool but this was a very minor issue

Our group were 30 people including children, we loved the location, very close to Central World and others shopping centre. The staff were incredible and certainly exceeded our expectations. As we travel with a few elderly and children, we were easily able to cook within the apartments as the elders were having trouble walking and unable to go restaurant everytime . If we travel again in big group , we would definitely stay here again 1000%
Everything was perfect, except missing Hair Conditioner but you can easily buy at 7/11 anyway, no big deal
