If you want to take your coffee with you at breakfast, you will be asked to pay 100 baht for an emptyi Togo glass. so there is that. Beds are comfortable sheets great . The shower in low pressure even after the maintenance came to check it out still remain low pressure. Location is not that great either . We have been traveling around Thailand gor 3 weeks with small kids , this is nice hotel nothing more than that.
There are much better hotels in bkk with better ratio of value for money.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the main shopping malls. You can reach them within a short walk of around 200–300 metres, and the hotel also provides a very convenient golf cart shuttle service from the morning until 11:00 p.m., running approximately every five minutes.
The hotel itself is modern, new, and very clean, with excellent facilities. The rooms and common areas look fresh and well maintained. The breakfast food was also very good, with a large and varied selection suitable for different tastes. In terms of location, cleanliness, food, and facilities, I would rate the hotel 5 out of 5.
Unfortunately, the level of service did not match what I would expect from a five-star hotel. The hotel consists of two large towers, but the lobby is extremely small for the number of guests. It was often crowded, and it was difficult to find a place to sit while waiting for a taxi or transport.
Breakfast was also very uncomfortable because guests from both towers were served in one dining area. There were long queues just to be assigned a table, and the restaurant felt overcrowded. As a result, the service was slow and sometimes felt unwelcoming.
I was also disappointed with the drinking water provided in the room. The hotel uses refillable glass bottles containing water filtered and bottled on-site. Although this may be an environmentally friendly system, I personally did not feel comfortable drinking it and preferred to buy sealed bottled water from outside. For a five-star hotel, I would have appreciated having sealed bottled water from a recognised brand.
The room cleaning service was also below the standard I expected from a five-star property. In addition, I requested a slightly later check-out, but the hotel only allowed an extra 30 minutes, explaining that it was fully occupied.
Overall, the hotel offers excellent facilities, cleanliness, food, and location, but the service and guest experience need significant improvement. I would rate the facilities 5 out of 5, but the service only 1 out of 5.
