The entire team was welcoming and helpful. the dedication of the team at Rosewood Hotel allowed for me that the experience in Bangkok turned in absolutely positive one and that I am eager to return to the place. Very much looking forward to it.

The design is absolutely amazing. The rooftop Bar is incredible. Very stylish. Beautiful Hotel from top to bottom
The staff was a bit cold and not really well informed about the surroundings. (restaurants etc...) Recommendations where poor.

The staff are amazing.. super nice attentive and very helpful.
Too bad i couldnt rate the facilities fairly as i didnt use any of them
- all the pillows are soft. Usually a firmer pillows are used in combination with the soft ones like four seasons hotels and many others. This caused me pain in neck.
- please add milk creamer sachets for the espresso mini bar

Staff was so attentive and caring.
Love the design, decor and attention to details of the entire hotel.
I think the gym room can be bigger and maybe more facilities within the gym shower (a dry sauna, a jet massage pool maybe).
