We had a generally very pleasant stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong.
Among the positive aspects, the beds were particularly comfortable and the breakfast offered an excellent selection and very good quality.
What really stood out, however, was the exceptional support provided by the Concierge team. Due to Typhoon Noul, our flight was cancelled and we unexpectedly had to extend our stay for another two nights. During what was naturally a difficult and uncertain situation, the Concierge team were extremely helpful, professional and efficient. Their assistance made a real difference, and we are particularly grateful for the way they supported us.
Overall, we had a good stay at the JW Marriott Hong Kong, with some areas where the service could be improved. Nevertheless, the outstanding professionalism and assistance of the Concierge team, particularly during the disruption caused by the typhoon, deserves a very special mention and was undoubtedly the highlight of the service we received.
There were, however, a few aspects that we felt could be improved. Our room, although comfortable, would benefit from some updating, as certain elements are beginning to feel somewhat dated.
We also experienced some difficulties with the Front Desk service. We had the impression that some of the staff may have been relatively inexperienced or still in training, which resulted in some communication difficulties, particularly when we needed to arrange the unexpected two-night extension caused by the typhoon. The process was not as clear or straightforward as we would have expected from a hotel of this standard.
Similarly, although the quality and variety of the breakfast were very good, the table service was at times rather disorganised. On several occasions, we had to repeat the same request to different members of staff before it was attended to.

Modern, clean, staff were very helpful, room service was excellent. Restaurants were great with great food. Close to many amenities.
Couldn’t get an adjoining room even though I asked for one in booking.com
