This is a nice hotel in the pleasant Westend of Frankfurt. Great staff and close to the Palmengarten, Senckenberg Museum and the University.
The street outside (Bockenheimer Landstrasse) has been dug up by the city for some utility work, so access is only in one direction (Einbahnstrasse) at the moment. The works seems to have been going on for a long time, according to locals. Of course, this isn't a problem with the hotel, just the local government.

Breakfast was very limited. No pastries and an hour before breakfast was to finish, omlet was cold.
We were not able to get 2 keys from the room even though 2 people were staying I. Double room.
Location is very good. Receptionist did her job and well.
Better breakfast and change protection sheets for the mattress for better quality

Great location and staff.
I was in 0 floor and could hear all the guests at night coming and entering the hotel and the discussion. It would be nice to have more isolation in the rooms.

It is clean and comfortable
The safe was broken the kettle was broken and bedside lamp was broken. Only the kettle was replaced
