A beautiful, relaxing stay in the heart of Tuscany. Perfect honeymoon. The domain is huge, the rooms are big and well equipped, there are many activities and 3 restaurants. It's very authentic and a perfect getaway especially when you live in a busy city. I would recommend to stay in the countryside area like we did, more relaxing and the pool area is nicer. Staff was great.
Nothing. Some people should educate their kids better, especially at the pool area but that's not the hotel's responsibility.

Rooms are clean and spacious, the hotel itself is large and very charming. Food is good.
During our 4 day stay the room amenities were never replaced - im not talking the minibar, im talking about soap or an extra hand towel. Room service was quite unaccommodating (we asked for a pizza margherita on a rainy evening they had a pizza night going on…they replied they cannot be flexible with something they dont know how to charge on the room…). The resort itself is quite isolated and i would have expected some activities to be given complimentary to their guests as happens at any other inclusive resort, but here even a hike costs you money. A quick chat with a couple of guests at the pool was all we needed to confirm that we werent the only ones who were a bit lost. All in all, we found the resort facilities to be underwhelming - and being pregnant, i wasn’t looking for anything too exciting. I doubt we would return or recommend.
