About this house rental
Situated in Nashville, this lovely house for $250 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This upscale 3BR/3.5BA townhouse located in Nashville across the street from Belmont University is a short distance from Music Row, Hillsboro Village, 12 South and Vanderbilt University. The Gulch and all that downtown has to offer is 5 minutes away. Built in 2014 this stylish, three level townhouse is newly furnished. This home has a large living area with a 65" TV, a large comfortable sofa, love seat, and marble coffee and side tables. The dining table seats 6 or dine at the black quartzite kitchen island that seats up to 3 people. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and gourmet cookware. Upstairs there are two large, beautifully decorated bedrooms with King Beds, well appointed private baths, and walk in closets. Each upstairs room has its own desk and a 55" TV and in the hallway is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The third bedroom is located on the bottom floor and is also furnished with a King Bed, private bath and 55" TV. An additional stackable washer and dryer is located nearby the bottom bedroom just outside the garage entrance. You will find gorgeous, dark wood floors throughout the townhouse and feel right at home with the cozy, modern decor. Outside of the garage is a stone fireplace to warm you up. Private off street garage parking. High speed internet & cable TV. STAIRS between all floors. No elevator. We have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and cameras at the exterior parking area. The layout worked perfectly for 3 couples. The home was centrally located, clean, fully stocked with coffee, fruit and wine on arrival and had comfortable beds and linens. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay!

This place is very well kept, the hosts are great people. They thought of everything at this property. They communicated very well if we had any questions and even helped with a pack and play for our daughter. The location is very central so it made it getting around town very easy. The home is great condition and makes it feel more at home when you are traveling away with your family. Definitely would stay here again!

great location for us, we were able to visit a downtown museum, restaurants in the gulch. property was all we needed and most comfortable. Hosts have been very cooperative and easy to communicate with.

Loved the house! Clean and spacious. Thoughtful gifts and supplies were available to use. It was terrific having 3 suites (we were 3 adult couples). Two of the suites were upstairs, so had to go up 2 flights to reach. I don't think that was listed in the description - it would have been good to know there were so many steps. But regardless, it was a great place :)

This was a beautiful property with all the comforts of home - a fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and even wine and fruit available when we arrived. There was a dining table that seated 6, plus 4 at the counter - perfect for hosting my daughter and her Belmont friends for brunch! Thank you - you gave us a homey environment to relax and visit with our daughter, family and friends! :-)

David and Val, we had the most wonderful time in your home! Cleanliness, roomy, more than enough amenities and beautifully decorated! Beds were extremely comfortable and cozy, could have stayed in bed all day! Totally appreciated the suggestions for Uber vs driving plus eateries and things to do although we had an agenda. We really need to come back although not for Broadway. Once was enough! There’s so much more to do and 4 days was not enough! Thank you again for leaving the lights and garage door open for our late arrival! That was a definite plus! So very considerate indeed. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and a joyous Holiday Season!

Excellent property, just more steps than anticipated. Lack of towels, bath, and kitchen could be more. On vacation you don’t want wash towels and such if you don’t have too. We left the place just like we found it. No issues. Location was just what we needed. 17 steps up from the garage and 17 steps to the upstairs bedrooms. The bedroom downstairs is very small, no where to put your suitcases and limited space in the bathroom.

The beds are extremely comfortable nice bathrooms and a 1/2 bath in kitchen living room area. We will definitely stay at this home on our next trip to Nashville!!

We stayed for a long weekend with 2 other couples and this home was a wonderful "base camp" for our exploration of Nashville. It is a very nice home a short car ride to many sites and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable and we always felt safe. We appreciated the 3 bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms and comfortable king beds. There is even a half-bath off the kitchen. There is a private garage if you have a car that fit the large SUV we rented. It is a bit tricky pulling in and out of the garage, but doable if you don't mind making 3 or 4-point turns. The host provided coffee and some fresh fruit which was a nice touch. We did have to purchase our own facial tissues and there were no air fresheners in the bathrooms, but a very minor complaint.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

Perfect accommodations for three adult couples . Location is close to downtown for entertainment and restaurants. I rent many properties through VRBO but the owners here provide a few more amenities including fruit, coffee and water to start your stay. Will use this property for future stays

This town house was perfect! 3 master bedrooms perfect for our 3 couples. Very clean and well appointed. Kitchen had everything needed and more. Centrally located for all the places we wanted to visit. We used Nash Vegas to transport us to various sites which was recommended by our host. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. We hope to return and enjoy this beautiful home. Thank you Val and Dave for having us!

We loved the house and location. Could have used a couple extra towels and wash cloths, as well as kitchen towels.
And the cooling systems leaves a lot to be desired. It was never a constant temp. it was either to warm or to cold. Maybe just instructions on how to use it.
But all in all it was a great place to stay. And the wine and fruit was a nice touch.

We came on a Thursday for the George Strait concert. The house was immaculate. Super close to downtown. It had all the accessories. Would definitely rent again

We visited two consecutive years and enjoyed our stays immensely. The townhouse was clean and the perfect size for 3 adult couples. We walked the Belmont campus, hit some bars on Broadway and went to a show at the Grand Ole Opry. We had a lovely time. Found the property to be very clean. Beds were very comfortable and every bedroom has its own bathroom Huge plus! The coffee, fruit, and wine were a great added touch. It is far enough away from Broadway that we did have to Uber everywhere but really not an issue. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is just as pictured. Perfect location, short Uber ride to downtown. Only issue is the strange angle to park your car in the garage (as other reviews have mentioned). It's not a deal breaker though. The house is lovely with comfy beds and pillows, great location to all that Nashville offers. I would definitely stay here again.
