The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was exceptional and a bit different every day, the yard was spacious and quiet during the night! There were some roosters but by far not as annoying as others described.
A few things that i would mention about our room (number 8)
The room was ok but the bathroom needs some work...there was a constant smell of canalisation if we left the bathroom door open...
Only had hot water when the sun was up...
and the door of our room wasn't closing properly and since we traveled with our 3 year old she couldn't close it so we had lots of mosquitoes in the room.
Few minor things that can be fixed

Очень понравился сервис и отношение к гостям. Так тепло и душевно встретили , разместили ,Ниагара и Дильназ очень гостеприимные . А завтрак -это просто феерия вкусов и цветов .

Great location in immaculate gardens and in easy walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and beach. The accommodation is very clean and spacious, perfect for a family.
The staff were very friendly and helpful
Only that our visit was too short! Next time we will stay longer!
