Fantastic place to stay, right on an amazing beach with the armest and clearest water I have ever seen. The hotel onsens were amazing, and the room huge with amazing views right down the beach. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants within a two minute walk. Would come back here in a flash.
That I had to leave after 6 days. I wanted to stay longer.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. There are several things I especially liked about it. The hotel is close to a bus stop, which makes it very convenient for anyone traveling without a car. It also has direct access to the sea, and the sea view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of both Japanese and Western food. For dinner, when we stayed there, the main dishes included raw fish and abalone. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, I recommend contacting the hotel a few days before your arrival and asking about alternative meals. We stayed for two nights, and on the second night the hotel prepared a delicious alternative meal for us. I think if I had informed them earlier, they probably could have arranged an alternative for the first night as well. So, if you have any dietary restrictions, it’s a good idea to check the dinner menu before booking. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Overall, we had no problems during our stay. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and well managed. One more thing I found really thoughtful: one day, since I wasn’t going to be in the room, I asked them not to clean it. Instead, they gave me a shopping voucher, which I thought was such a nice gesture. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the beautiful sea views, spacious rooms, great breakfast, and convenient location.

Location is good: its by the beach. The onsen and public baths are good.
One front desk staff is not friendly/helpful: When asked for direction and buses front desk staff (Zhang) gave painful answers and made contemptous faces: It made us feel we were imposing on his time. Example: "Hello, we need your advice. How do we get to place X by bus?". "No. You can't get there by bus". "Okay... Any other options?". "No". (Makes face) "Car is required" This staff also made statements like "This needs a reservation. If you HAD booked it yesterday, you WOULD be on the bus now..." Good people must be acknowledged! - Front desk staff (T Shimizu) when asked about directions, smiled, and provided bus times forms and clear directions. It cheered us up to no end to know it was possible to get useful help at the front desk. -Dinner service staff were amazing. As frequent visitors to Japan, we practiced Japanese with them. The ladies at the onsen were lovely as well.
