The staff is always there to help and answer all your queries
13th Room was Noisy at 2am in the morning however it was resolved and guests were kicked out of the Accommodation.

This place is well located with restaurants nearby.
Rooms are large and beds are comfortable.
Ialways seem to land the worst room...with stairs to the bathroom.
Plastic spoons to stir your coffee ?
Eish.
Room needs some tender love and care.
Plaster coming off the walls behind the curtains....lampshades broken .....furniture to be taken care of.
Shower needs attention.....plenty milldew.
Even after bringing some things to the owners attention before.....not much has changed.

We had no breakfast as we ate at family. The location of the hotel is well situated in Kimberly and we found it on our GPS immediately.
There were no bathroom door for privacy, the carpet was dirty and the room windows open onto the stoop, which we opened for fresh air but people walked pass and kept on looking in while we laid in bed. Staff never spoke to us once, only greeted and asked my name , give my key and that was the first and last interaction, staff also make alot of noise during the night opening and closing doors. The price is very good for one night but I will not stay there again. The best experience was the bed, comfortable and soft.
