We had the best stay here out of our entire trip! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the hotel was quiet and spotlessly clean, and the location was perfect — right next to the station.
The breakfast was amazing as well. A special thank you for the huge variety of fresh vegetables and for providing almond milk. There were plenty of vegan options, which we really appreciated.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back!

Great location for travellers who rely on trains. The hotel is conveniently located right above the train station, yet there was no noise disturbance at all.
The breakfast was excellent, especially if you enjoy trying local dishes with a story and cultural background behind them. The room size is fairly typical of a Japanese business hotel, but this was not a concern for us as we mainly needed a comfortable place to sleep and a convenient base for catching an early train for day trips.
There are also plenty of restaurants downstairs, as well as a department store such as OPA right next door, making it very convenient for dining and shopping.
The Japanese check-in and out time - check in late but has to check out very early.

We were greeted very warmly and requested some assistance from the receptionist. She made a telephone call on our behalf which would have been difficult for us regarding our lack of Japanese. This was no trouble for her, and she understood our request very well.
