The location, the concept
The check-in process is terribly slow with many guests and one employee. It is not the employee’s fault, it is the unwillingness to improve this step of the process. One is already tired and the queue and time spent was really too much

Next to airport . Committed staff.
There was a Lufthansa flight canceled and the reception was crowded . Beth despite that the staff did everything to have our room as booked . Thanks folks

Good location near airport
room was very small, no desk, small writing surface.Bathroom was very tight.
