Access to airport.
Air conditioning would not go below 20 degrees and we were only given duvets and no sheets. Had to run A/C on high fan speed to get maximum air flow in order to cool the room to some degree. Still uncomfortable.

High class hotel with excellent staff. The airport shuttle was excellent and felt like a bonus as I had forgotten it when I travelled to the hotel, but was reminded of it when I arrived so was able to use it when leaving the hotel.

Location near Frankfurt Airport T1 and hotel shuttle services to and from Airport.
The Aircon was not working properly and the room was very warm. The aircon control was dropping off the wall ! ( 321)
