The house was very clean and in a lovely location with incredible views!
To get to the house is a hair raising single track road through the woods with no space for error! As it was in woodlands, the mosquitos were relentless and we all left with our bodies covered in bites despite using spray used in the jungle! There was no aircon but there were fans in the bedrooms but you could not open a window because of the bugs so it just moved air… the fridge was also not closing properly so drinks did not really get cold. As it’s a very remote location, a welcome basket would have been nice, and also a general where to go, what to do etc would be good. We needed some medical care and although google is good, local knowledge would have been better. We were a party of 7 adults and we all loved the holiday! The pool is small but perfect for a dip and cooldown! The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space to find a quiet corner to sit. One of the bathrooms has a glass wall between the bedroom so definitely for family sharing! It also got blocked and we needed to buy drain cleaner as the tray kept flooding. This did not spoil the holiday and an easy fix.

Ticho, nádherné výhľady, atmosféra miesta a malej dedinky boli očarujúce . Veľmi vhod nám padla po večeroch sauna- nakoľko sme boli na prelome septembra a októbra, bazén sme využili na otužovanie - bolo to skvelé.
Monia s manželom boli veľmi nápomocní 😊- pre nich 10 z 10
Dom je už starší, a je s tým potrebné rátať. Elektrické radiátory sme už večer používali, ale aj tak bolo v dome ráno chladno- je to veľký dom.
Do Riola vedú dve cesty- odporúčame tú dlhšiu, bola bezpečnejšia 😊

We stayed as a group of 7 people with 2 dogs, and the house was perfect in terms of space. With 4 bedrooms, a balcony, sauna, garden, BBQ, and even a pizza oven, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The coffee machines were a great bonus, and the location was close to everything we needed, including one of the best local restaurants just a short drive away. For those looking for a genuine local experience, this property really delivers.
The road leading to the house is very steep and narrow, suitable for just one car. Access through the village is especially tight, although you can take an alternative route via Giulia village with slightly longer but much easier access. Noise from the neighboring property can also be heard, and there were some hornets in the garden area during our stay. The biggest surprise for us was that there were no wine glasses at the house. Overall, this place is great value for money and highly recommended for a few days, but whether you will love it depends on your travel style—perfect for those wanting an authentic stay, less so for guests used to hotel standards.
