地點方便，離佐敦港鐵站出口很近，老闆有提供交通資訊。樓下蜜雪冰城的冰淇淋港幣5元 便宜好吃，附近有藥妝店，離超商、麥當勞近。麥當勞好吃但貴。
廁所(含浴室)真的很小，但房價便宜所以能接受，適合不在意洗澡舒適度的人，講究CP值的人，有看到小蟑螂
