Perfekt boende för ett stort sällskap, med badrum till varje sovrum och stora sällskapsytor både ute och inne. Mycket trevligt poolområde med solsängar till alla. Vi gjorde fantastiska middagar på utegrillen men hann inte använda pizzaugnen, istället fick vi tips från Licia om den bästa pizzerian i byn och hämtade hem supergoda pizzor. Pingisbordet och fotbollsspelet användes flitigt. Det fungerade fint att ta sig med tåg till både Florens, Pisa och Lucca, så att vi kunde kombinera kultur med poolhäng. Ett stort plus var individuell aircondition i varje rum, samt tillgång till diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. Davide och Licia var så vänliga och tillmötesgående och fick oss att känna oss så välkomna!
Det var synd att det inte gick att gå till fots till byn. Vi hade planerat att ta morgonpromenader till affären, men det löste sig trots det eftersom vi hade bilar med oss.

Nice area outside the kitchen. Many rooms
The property itself is nice, but be aware that it is the landlord’s private home, and he lives on-site and is always present. This means the house is located in a regular residential area, not a holiday setting.
We were a group of 17, including young grandchildren—the youngest only 8 years old. We were sitting quietly outside one evening (no music, just talking), but still, the neighbor started shouting at us to stop talking at 10:30 PM. It was quite uncomfortable.
Also, although the pool area has signs stating swimming is allowed until 9 PM, the landlord would stand on the balcony at 8 PM pointing at his watch, signaling for us to get out. This felt controlling and unwelcoming—especially on days with temperatures reaching 44°C (112°F). It really affected the experience.
