Excellent service, well kept and great location
Not the hotels fault but there is a lot of construction going on across the street which spoils the views - that said staff went over and above to ease our disappointment.

Everything. Breakfast buffet was delicious and really pleasant to sit out and enjoy the start of the day despite the scores of people coming through. Housekeeping kept the room fresh multiple times a day, with little touches like leaving me a bookmark for me when they saw that I had a book. Very much appreciated! The doormen and bellhops were great, efficient and friendly. The room we booked was comfortable with great natural light.
Only nitpick is front desk. I felt like it was understaffed both during my check in and check out. Understand the need to give each guest their time and not rush them, but there were only 2 front office staff and 5 computer terminals during peak hour check in times. Front desk was so overwhelmed they did not call out bad customer behaviour when they were cutting lines, and there was no sense of adapting to the situation. To be clear, staff were pleasant, I had the feel that maybe better management or a more fluent operating rhythm might have helped.

Tremendous breakfast,so much variety and very nice setting. Staff are very helpful, nothing to much trouble.
Stayed on Club floor and canapés/ food at cocktail hour were sometimes a disappointment, however staff were excellent.
