the location and staff were great. We also booked a club level room - which had wonderful views and a bustling busy happy hour
elevators were dangerous....the doors not forgiving...and didn't allow much time to exit without the doors closing in on you - (especially when hotel busy)

Beautiful luxurious hotel that’s super close to the MRT, malls, design of the lobby, rooms, and the amenities
The pool was under construction

We really liked the very comfortable bed, the large room size and the cleanliness of the property. It was very busy when we arrived but they quickly deployed extra staff to assist with check-in. A lovely young lady, who I think was called Ila, went out of her way to assist us with any queries and get us check-in in quickly. We also really enjoyed the Pan Pacific club lounge on the 38th floor, we got a very warm welcome on every visit and felt so well looked after by Colleen and all the other team members.
We were very happy with the property and the room, however it would have been nice to have a couple of arm chairs or a couch in the room rather than just one arm chair as the room was plenty big enough to accommodate either alternative.

Wonderful stay. Our trip was made extra special by Marco at reception. Lovely lounge experience especially the breakfast, great views, convenient access to connected mall.
