The staff are very friendly and helpful. Met more than our expectations. We came in on a Singapore flight really early in the morning and they let us into our room earlier than they had to.
We were happy with everything. We've been back there many times now and they never fail to impress us.

Location
The initial room air conditioning did not work had to change rooms. Next room plug stuck down. Building works above us noise during days. Bar fridge topped up with warm drinks and bar fridge took forever to Cool. 2 days
