Two kids and two moms enjoyed the stay here and its surroundings!

Splendid view from high floor (facing marina bay). Filtered drinking water directly from water tap.

Bathroom lock seems to be too old and malfunctioned once to lock us outside, should be upgraded soonest.

Great experience!

The hotel had a high standard and very nice, helpful staff. The location was great!

The breakfast was very crowded and a lot of food was already finished, even if we came around 9 o'clock. It was Easter, so hard to say if this was standard.

Der Frühstücktsraum ist auch ziemlich altmodisch und abgenutz!

Die Aussicht war toll. Wie gebucht zum Hafen.

Leider war das Zimmer zu klein für drei Personen. Habe für drei Personen gebucht und bezahlt. ( Zimmergrösse Angabe im Booking stimmt sicher nicht! ) Ein Upgrade gab es nicht, obwohl noch Zimmer freiwaren! Die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr schön n die Jahre gekommen.

Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful building with attentive staff

Room was great with a fantastic view. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff were attentive and unobtrusive

Our only gripe was the shower. Yet again one would need a manual to figure out how to work it and as short people it was very difficult to get in and out over the wide bath edge.

Tolle Lage, gute Anbindung, sehr gutes Hotel

Die Lage und die Aussicht vom Zimmer auf die Marina Bay sind spitze. Direkter Zugang von der Lobby zur U-Bahn ist sehr angenehm.

Der Frühstücksbereich ist für die Hotelgröße zu klein, lange Warteschlangen vor dem Eingang zum Restaurant die Folge. Der Zimmerservice kam meist erst Nachmittags bzw. auf Anfrage bei der Rezeption.

6/10. It was a hotel for our pre-wedding, it was quite upsetting but we manage to pull it through.

1. Room was neat & clean. 2. Room service were very helpful. 3. Gym attendant & Sauna attendant were top notch in service.

1. I pre-paid before actual date via cash and opt out for deposit fee. Agreement were made between me and the receptionist as it was not compulsory for deposit fee. My guest check-in an hour/two behalf of me and were requested to made a deposit fee. 2. Bed was rather small than pictures shown during booking (room service went extramile to provide us an extra bed out of courtesy) 3. There's no bidet in the washroom. 4. An issue with room access card and it's really inconvenient for us to keep going up & down around 2-3 times just to inform and get a replacement. 5. Receptionist were half hearted attending to us due to large crowd but can be seen giving great hospitality service to foreigners. 6. I was dumbfounded that a 4/5 star hotel stay doesn't has any complimentary parking coupon for guest.

wonderful stay

wonderful hotel, beautiful view from the window, quiet and very clean rooms, great breakfast with a huge selection of dishes. 2 swimming pools, one for children, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I would love to come back to this hotel someday

没有太大缺点，值得推荐！

位置太方便了，周围有5个大型shopping mall，足够逛街和吃饭的，楼下（旁边）就是raffles city，吃早餐太方便了，什么都有，旁边还有一家麦当劳。坐地铁坐公交都很方便！房间可以看到金沙湾海景，夜景很漂亮！

check in和check out的自助办理不够人性化，服务人员太少了，遇到问题🉐等好久才有人来解决。比较耽误时间。

Geweldig verblijf

Mooi hotel op een top locatie. Je zit dicht bij alles in de buurt, restaurants, bars etc. Onder het hotel zijn diverse winkels, grote supermarkt, drogist, bakker en diverse ontbijt en eet gelegenheden. Mooie schone kamers die erg rustig waren. We konden de koffers bij de belldesk achter laten, tot we in de middag het hotel verlieten.

Eigenlijk niks, hooguit dat het hotel vrij prijzig is. Bij het inchecken wordt een borg gevraagd, hetgeen je bij uitchecken weer terug krijgt.

We had an amazing stay at the Swissotel. The property’s location is great and scores highlight on amenities, comfort and

Awesome location. Close to most of the touristy places (except Sentosa). Has a variety of food options in and around. The room was very comfortable and clean. Amazing view from the room.

The queen size beds were rather small. So was the bathroom. No kids play area is a miss. Pools are small and are being shared with the Fairmont. Finally, the restaurant itself has limited sating capacity and food options (especially for vegetarians).

Great quality hotel. Recommend.

We loved the lounge access. The rooms were comfortable. We will definitely come back again.

The rooms were so comfortable. We had a great view. The hotel location is right above the Raffles Mall and MRT. The lounge access was great with amazing views. Breakfast was a good selection.

Great location & harbour view room worth the extra

Loved the new revamped rooms plus with light sensors at night to get around room & to bathroom

In our bathroom the sealer between bath top & shower at shower end need a good clean Also the queue at Clove for the one morning we tried it for breakfast was silly & a bit disorganised
