Location was great. Close walking proximity to the marina.
Not worth the money. We waited 40 minutes just to check in. My husband lined up; I tried to sit for a drink and the man working behind the bar couldn’t care less about my presence. Ignored me to begin with, then didn’t return to take my order for over 10 minutes. He also overcharged me. When I politely pointed out it was happy hour, he didn’t speak to me, corrected the drink price and removed the discount he originally gave me for being a guest. Handed me the updated receipt and walked away. Customer service was - 10!
Our room stank! It was almost unbearable for me. We went out for dinner and tried to just use the room as a rest stop, but for the price we paid, we expected a 5star hotel we could enjoy for our last night before returning home.
The rooms filtered water system also did not work at all. We had to buy bottled water.
Breakfast was limited and overcrowded. Not many western options at all, compared to other places we stayed at in Singapore (Mondrian was far better even when it was still somewhat limited).
The pool has very limited sun loungers so be quick in the morning.
